SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. If there will be a delay on my end I will let you know as soon as possible! Regarding shipping times, please allow some leeway as there are potential delays with COVID-19.

I offer standard shipping. My artworks are sent via registered Parcel Post so you can track your order. Once shipped I will send you your tracking number.

Prints are sent via letter post, this saves you shipping costs although it does not have tracking. If it doesn't arrive within a respectful time frame please contact me and I will look into it or resend your print for you.

If you would like Express Shipping please contact me and we can come to an arrangement.

I do offer international shipping although it is expensive these days if you are outside of Australia wishing to purchase. If you wish to purchase international I can do this for you, if I have miscalculated the shipping cost and it is more I will contact you to discuss if you wish to pay the extra or request a refund and if it is less than quoted I will refund the difference.

ORIGINAL ARTWORKS

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know within 7 days of receiving it. If you would like to return it, please contact me. If applicable, please return within 30 days of purchase.

PRINTS

I do not offer returns or refunds on prints. Prints are quality checked prior to sending, although if there appears to be an issue, please contact me.
